Instead of having class today, my classmates and I volunteered to rake leaves for 3 different homes for the Rake the Town program. It was a great time. The first two houses were really not bad at all. It seemed as if someone had already raked their leaves before we got there, but we still worked hard and picked up all the leaves that were there. The last house, on the other hand, had us put in the work. There were so many leaves! We made a huge leaf pile that we all took turns jumping into. It was a great time, although it didn’t feel as nice to jump in as it looked.
